I purchased a socket 1155 motherboard from this person, who at the time went by "Cudenver"

I contacted Cudenver to purchase a motherboard he had listed. I made payment and the item was shipped. Motherboard came wrapped in bubble wrap with no anti static bag and no cover over the CPU pins. An entire row of CPU pins were damaged, bent, and some even missing. I sent the photos via PM on hardforum and Cudenver began to ignore all of my messages. He continued to log on and view the forums for days but did not respond to PMs. I was contacted many days later via email by Cudenver stating that he fell on to some hard times and spent the money. It's been well over a month and he has not come back to the forum and has not responded to emails. His heatware aliases are all gone.

I got suckered into paying with PayPal "gift" due to the good heatware so I was unable to file a claim. I'm not sure what happened in this persons life but I wish them well. Absolutely do not do business with them though.

Cudenver had a Mountain Mods U2-UFO custom case for sale in the marketplace @ EVGA. Price was WAY too good to pass on. Seller was very easy to work with, we made a deal in a few PM's.
